I'm Michael Fay, director of esports & head coach of varsity teams for the University of Akron. In my years of coaching, casting, and analyzing professional esports one of my greatest frustrations has been that esports is still so informal & so unorganized. Many of those with the passion and talent to start playing competitively or coaching their own team don't know the best practices and have no idea how to start.
